Terms of sale

Every part on this site is a genuine original-equipment part removed from a real vehicle. It is used. It is not new, not remanufactured and not aftermarket, and it will show wear consistent with its age and mileage.

Parts are graded to ARA standards and the grade is stated on every listing, along with the donor vehicle and its mileage. The photographs show the actual part you will receive. Where a listing notes damage, that damage is what you are buying.

Listings show an interchange number and the vehicles a part is commonly fitted to. Treat this as a guide, not a guarantee. Confirm fitment with us before you buy — call 313-939-3723 with your VIN and we will check it against the part on the shelf. A part bought without checking that turns out not to fit is treated as a return, not a warranty claim.

Every part carries a 90-day parts-replacement warranty from the day it arrives. If it fails within that period, we replace it with an equivalent part or refund what you paid, at our option.

The warranty covers the part. It does not cover labour, diagnostic time, towing, hire vehicles, lost earnings or any other consequential cost. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, modification, overheating, continued use after a fault appears, or fitting by anyone other than a qualified mechanic where the part requires one. Electrical parts and modules that need dealer programming are sold on the understanding that programming is your responsibility.

You may return most parts within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in the condition they arrived in, with any markings or tags intact. Tell us first — call or email for a return authorisation, as unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.

Return shipping is yours unless the part was mis-described or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it. Electrical parts, modules and anything special-ordered from our partner network are non-returnable once fitted or programmed.

We ship to the lower 48 states. Orders placed before 3pm ET usually leave the same working day. Shipping is free on orders over $299.00; below that a flat rate of $34.50 applies.

Large parts — engines, transmissions, body panels — ship crated by freight and are quoted individually, because the cost depends on the destination and whether there is a loading dock. Those parts are not sold through the basket; ask for a freight quote and we will price it before you commit. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown when you order is the price you pay. Sales tax is added where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a part turns out to be already sold, mis-priced, or not as described on inspection.

Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for the part. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your state.
